AI Adoption Planner
Interactive planning experience for AI adoption strategy, process contracts, and implementation readiness.
Introduction

AI Adoption Planner

This interactive prototype was designed to address a gap recognized both by AI market analysts and company leadership as product development teams wrestle with the question of how AI adoption can evolve from bottoms-up internal enthusiasts to top-down strategic plans.

The interactive prototype shared here is an intermediate milestone on a path to implement an application designed to aid both internal AI adoption directors and external AI consultants in planning and orchestrating adoption across all product development functions. It frames adoption around planning choices, process contracts, organizational readiness, and the work needed to turn AI into repeatable capability.

The prototype is shared as part of Darren Peterson's AI Sabbatical portfolio. It is intentionally exploratory: useful enough to interact with, and also a concrete example of how AI-assisted design and development tools can move an idea quickly from concept to working experience. Claude, Claude Design, and Claude Code were used to scope and define this proof of concept. Codex was used to publish it on this site.
